I bought these stopwatches for my son and me to use as soccer referees for AYSO (youth) soccer. We needed to have a countdown timer to timekeep the quarters. The Sportline 232 makes it very easy to set the time, and to stop and start the countdown. It remembers the time period you set, so you can use it to time 4 quarters without having to reset the time period each time. It is very light and ergonomic in the hand. A good, simple stopwatch at a reasonable price.
