This is very soft mat and offers lots of padded support for you exercise. The mat curles a tad at the ends yet this can be worked out. Good product!

Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
It works well for my needs, for floor exercises and also my children use it to practice gymnastics.
The foam is pretty thick and cushions well, it is easy to store thanks to the attached fasteners.
Great buy for the 10bucks I paid.

I ordered this mat a couple of weeks ago and just received it today. I enjoyed it very much. It gave me a lot of cushion on my back when I'm doing my ab. exercises. It's a wonderful product for the price. I really love it.

Has a funky smell to it, but very absorbent and excellent to work with. Wants to remain coiled however, but none the less a great buy!

I love this mat! Other reviewers mentioned a strong chemical smell. I noticed this....but it does go away little by little with use and will not keep me from using it.
