The quality of the guard is the best I ever used. The flex cup really comfortable and kept my **** safe thru out my BJJ training and competition.

This is the best groin protector I have used so far. I barely notice it is there. It doesn't dig in or causes any discomfort. I highly recommend this protector for martial art use.

Good quality, but be careful about sizes: I have a 30" waist and ordered a size medium, which usually fits me with other brands. But this was WAY too small (maybe good for a 27" waist).
