Don't buy a bathing suit from Andrew Christian! July 1, 2007

I ordered this tankini for my daughter. It didn't fit her. It was cut very small. On the shipping paperwork there was no information on how to return items, so I mailed the tankini back to the original address and asked for a credit to my visa. I just received the tankini back in the mail with a form listing return policies. Highlighted in yellow is a statement that California state law does not permit the return of swimsuits. (First,the suit was never worn and second, I don't know if this is really a law or just their "policy".) I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS WHEN I PURCHASED THE BATHING SUIT! I never would have ordered a bathing suit on-line if I had known I couldn't return it. I have purchased bathing suits in stores and on-line and have never had a problem returning them. Andrew Christian does not provide any "customer service". I was completely ripped off! I intend to write them a letter of complaint.
