The small can in which the olive oil is stored are very handy and does perserve the fresh flavor of this very good oil. The quality
of this oil is high enough to use it as a dipping sauce, especially when mixed with fresh herbs.

I only use the Colivata Extra Virgin Olive Oil - it's great for dressings, it's great to cook with - it has a mild flavor - it doesn't over-take the flavor of what you're cooking, but instead enhances it.

I use this brand all the time for cooking, just like Lydia on TV. Even after paying postage it was cheaper than buying it locally. You can buy cheaper Olive Oil but you get what you pay for.
